Author’s Note

Although complete, this book is still a draft. The chapters were all written over a relatively short period of time, albeit across two summers, and I have not had an opportunity to edit, polish, update, or otherwise revise the first version. As a result, there may be some rough patches, including typographical errors, awkward sentences, errors of fact, etc. Over time, I will correct any problems I find but I would also be grateful if readers point out any problems they notice.
